Turn Health Checks Into a Daily School Reminder
This poster should not only say “prevent infectious diseases.” A better idea is to show morning and noon health checks as two friendly reminders during the school day. In the morning, students notice their temperature, cough, sore throat, and energy level. At noon, they check whether anything has changed.
A good title could be “Small Health Checks, Big School Protection”. Around the title, draw a thermometer, a schoolbag, an open window, and cheerful students to make the poster feel close to everyday school life.
Write the Content as Three Parts of the Day
Morning: Say Hello to Your Body
- Notice whether you have a fever, cough, sore throat, or tiredness.
- If you feel unwell before school, tell your parents and teacher.
- Keep your desk area clean and do not throw used tissues around.
Noon: Notice Small Changes Early
- Cooperate with the noon health check seriously.
- Report stomachache, vomiting, dizziness, or unusual tiredness.
- Wash hands before meals and after using the restroom.
After School: Bring Good Habits Home
- Wash hands when you get home.
- Get enough sleep to keep your body strong.
- If you feel sick, rest and let an adult know.
Short Lines to Copy Onto the Poster
A health check is not trouble; it is protection.
Report small symptoms early to keep the class healthy.
Wash hands often and keep the classroom fresh.
If I feel unwell, I tell my teacher.
Cover coughs and sneezes with good manners.
A Shield Layout With Three Health Gates
Draw a large shield in the center of the page and write the main title inside it. Around the shield, create three sections: morning check, noon observation, and hygiene habits. Use blue for cleanliness, green for health, and orange for reminders.
- Top left: Draw the school gate and a thermometer for morning checks.
- Top right: Draw a classroom and a small clock for noon checks.
- Bottom: Draw handwashing steps, an open window, and a trash bin for hygiene habits.
Use soap bubbles, leaves, or small shields as borders. Leave enough blank space so the writing is easy to read.
Make the Poster Feel Personal
Add a small section called “My Health Promise.” Write three things you can do every day: I wash my hands carefully, I report when I feel unwell, and I keep my desk clean. This makes the poster both informative and action-based.
Before coloring, sketch the sections on a draft sheet. If you need more title ideas, color plans, or layout inspiration, you can continue creating your poster in the Zhihui Handwritten Poster WeChat mini program.
